Adult Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Caregiving Professional to join our team at Rushall Day Centre, supporting Service Users with Learning and Physical Disability on a Monday - Friday basis.
">The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care and support, and will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve excellent outcomes for our Service Users.

- Provide person-centred care and support to Service Users with Learning and Physical Disability">
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve excellent outcomes for our Service Users">
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Service Users, families and colleagues">
- Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centred care plans">
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Service User interactions and progress">
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge">
- Work unsociable hours, weekends and bank holidays as required">
