We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Residential Children's Support Worker to join our team in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire.
This role involves working collaboratively with a team to provide individualized support to children with complex needs within a children's home.
About the JobThis is a long-term, full-time position working 37 hours per week.
Main Responsibilities- Engage actively in staff meetings and supervisions to promote teamwork and effective communication.
- Take responsibility for ensuring the welfare and safety of children and staff members during shifts led.
- Swiftly respond to and report any incidents or concerns related to child safety and well-being.
- Commit to ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- A salary range of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, offering a strong compensation package.
- An hourly rate of £15.21 upon successful completion of qualification and probationary period.
- On-site free parking facilities.
- Complimentary meal provisions during work shifts.
