About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Lawyer to join our team at the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare law and be able to advise on complex cases related to fitness to practise. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we deliver high-quality adjudication outcomes for registrants referred to us.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with experience in regulatory law and a strong understanding of the NMC's role in regulating nurses and midwives. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization.

Our team is dedicated to providing a supportive and collegiate environment, where lawyers can grow and develop their careers. We offer a competitive salary of around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 30 days' annual leave, enhanced pension contributions, and life insurance.
