Job Title: Principal Stress Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Principal Stress Engineer to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our Mechanical Analysis Group, you will be responsible for leading structural analysis work packages and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver structural analysis work packages using classical hand calculation methods and CAE tools.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers in their professional growth and development.
  • Network, influence, and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Obtain and hold DV clearance, if required.

We deliver structural and thermal analysis expertise across the whole product lifecycle, from studies in the early concept stage to manufacturing concessions and in-service support.
