We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Finance Officer to join our dynamic finance team at Kingston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of finance professionals, ensuring that financial targets are met, and providing exceptional financial support to both external and internal clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage a team of finance professionals to ensure that financial targets are met
* Provide financial support to both external and internal clients
* Liaise with Property Managers and clients to resolve any finance queries
* Ensure that financial information is prepared and issued within company requirements
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience working within a property accounting environment
* Ability to manage a team, work proactively, prioritize tasks, use own initiative, and perform under pressure
* Professional, clear communication skills
* Ability to discuss financial accounting matters with Property Managers and clients
* Strong Excel skills
* Detailed knowledge of financial management systems and procedures, property accounting, and ability to reconcile service charge accounts and set budgets
