About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Manager to join our team at Bradley Complex Care, a specialist service for individuals with complex needs. As a Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in providing operational and clinical leadership to our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting high-quality care and nursing services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient financial and clinical performance in the nursing department.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with local systems and governing legislation.
  • Support the Clinical Governance team in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Manage ward budgets and resources, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Participate in organizing clinical and nursing audit programs, monitoring their impact on the service's business plan.
  • Actively support and monitor Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for all clinical staff.
  • Deputise for the Deputy Hospital Director as required.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RNLD/RMN) with 5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Managerial and supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Post-graduate qualification at degree level relevant to healthcare.
  • Awareness and understanding of nursing developments, including neuro-rehabilitation pathways and CTR processes.
