About the Role
Elysium Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Hospital Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong and robust leadership to our hospital teams, promoting a culture of excellence and high-quality care.
- Take on budgetary oversight responsibilities, working closely with the Hospital Director to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Ensure the well-being and interests of all service users, employees, and visitors are safeguarded and promoted.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements, ensuring our hospital services meet the highest standards.
- Complete regulatory notifications and investigations, maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability.
Requirements
- Experience as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
- Proven experience working in learning disabilities and autism settings, with a strong understanding of the complexities involved.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Awareness of the wider healthcare economy and political environment, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our sector.
- A detailed understanding of statutory regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way.
