About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Specialist to join our Amazon EU team. As a Brand Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction for our strategic brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Core Service: Utilize your analytical skills to identify EU industry opportunities and provide recommendations to improve overall business performance through the use of Amazon programs.
  • Promotion & Funding: Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products, increase traffic, and improve conversion. Plan and manage promotional activities for Amazon events such as Prime Day.
  • Selection & IDQ: Grow selection by managing the launch of new products and improving discoverability. Identify product gaps, onboard new products, and be responsible for their ramp-up.
About the Team

As a Brand Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that is passionate about driving business growth and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to build your network on a European level and participate in community events and affinity groups.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English (minimum C1 level).
  • Minimum of 12 months professional experience after graduation in Sales, Buying, Project Management, Planning, Account Management, Supply Chain, Analysis, Marketing, or Consulting.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs, specifically Excel.
  • Knowledge of another European language (preferably German, French, Italian, or Spanish).
