About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Director to join our team at PGIM Private Alternatives. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for overseeing a full range of compliance matters related to our asset management activities in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct due diligence on clients, counterparties, and other relevant constituents to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and anti-corruption regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to the business on regulatory matters, including incorporating changes into guidance and enforcing policies.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform senior management reporting and drive business decisions.
  • Protect the integrity and reputation of the company by promoting a positive compliance culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a related capacity, preferably in compliance, law, risk, audit, or a similar control function.
  • Experience of European financial regulation and markets, with a genuine interest in global compliance concerns.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with business stakeholders while ensuring an effective compliance culture.
