Our multidisciplinary team includes experienced pain consultants, clinical psychologists, highly specialist physiotherapists, nurses, and administrative support. Together, we work closely on various pathways, including low back pain, complex regional pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, and opioid reduction.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Consultant in Chronic Pain Management with an interest in Anaesthesia to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will share the caseload, facilities, and trainee grade support with existing consultants. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert pain management services to patients
  • Developing and implementing pain management programs
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Participating in research and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • MB ChB, MBBS, or equivalent
  • Fellowship of the Faculty of Pain Medicine
  • Holder of Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or within six months of award of CCT or equivalent by date of interview
