About the Role

The NCS Project Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of each Community Experience. This involves leading and inspiring cohorts of young people aged 16 to 17, delivering Employability, Life Skills, and Social Action sessions, and coordinating programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality program sessions to young people, focusing on employability, life skills, and social action.
  • Coordinate programs, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with existing Groundwork provision, staff in schools, colleges, and other local youth provision to support program delivery.
  • Support and report any safeguarding concerns to the Team Leader.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with young people and program coordination and delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young people, promoting a positive and inclusive program environment.
