We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NCS Project Officer to join our team in Hastings. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of each Community Experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire cohorts of young people aged 16 to 17
- Deliver Employability, Life Skills and Social Action sessions, coordinating programmes
- Work closely with existing Groundwork provision, staff in schools, colleges, and other local youth provision
- Support and report any safeguarding concerns to your Team Leader
To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience of working with young people and programme coordination and delivery. You will also need to be enthusiastic about youth work, delivering impactful programmes, and providing pastoral support for young people.
What We OfferAs a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of young people and be part of a rewarding and challenging role. You will also receive support and guidance from our Youth Project Manager and Team Leader.
