Job Title: Project Controller

Job Summary:

General Dynamics UK is seeking a highly skilled Project Controller to join our team in Hastings. As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for supporting assigned Project Managers to promote good planning practice and ensure scope, schedule & budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support assigned Project Managers to promote good planning practice and ensure scope, schedule & budget adherence
  • Monitor, report & flag concerns, exceptions and issues through recognised escalation routes, along with proposed solutions

Requirements:

  • Be able to create and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project, use them to effectively manage and report progress on a project
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Can create, maintain and report risks using a risk management tool
  • Experience working in a controlled project environment, supporting a portfolio of projects of medium to high complexity
