Job Title: Senior Project Controller
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Controller to join our team at General Dynamics UK. As a Senior Project Controller, you will play a key role in supporting our project managers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project managers to develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and escalating any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective project governance and risk management
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk registers
- Provide project control and coordination support to project managers and teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project control and coordination, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers, teams, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate issues or concerns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
