We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Home Repairs Service as a Repairs Planner. This role provides planning and scheduling services to all workstreams, ensuring our customers receive a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operatives, service manager, supervisors, and ACT to ensure the Repairs service runs smoothly.
  • Deal with customer queries, scheduling, and allocating resources to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Work within policies, criteria, and timescales to deliver high-quality results.

About You:

You will be a confident and highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills. You should have a good understanding of systems and be able to produce data to support compliance monitoring.
