Job Description

The Customer Solutions Coordinator will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by coordinating restoration services, ensuring timely resolutions, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate restoration services, develop customized solutions, and manage timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with customers, providing regular updates on service progress and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all restoration services meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including production and sales, to ensure seamless execution of services and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, prioritize needs, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, supporting colleagues and driving shared success.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
