About the Role

As a Team Member at Mecca Bingo, you will be the face of our venue, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the venue, including supporting colleagues during busy periods.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services, including promotions and offers, to provide customers with accurate information and make recommendations.
