About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Ashford. The successful candidate will be supporting a small group of children with complex special educational needs in the Early Years class.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children with complex special educational needs in the Early Years class
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
  • Providing individualized support to children
  • Working collaboratively with the teaching staff to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Experience supporting pupils with complex special educational needs
  • Experience working in Early years preferred but not essential
  • Good communication skills
