With a rich history spanning over a century, they have established a strong presence in the market, managing their clients from local offices and prioritising community involvement.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive to provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of our commercial clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or in-person at the office
  • Review and process policy amendments arising from changes to coverage and circumstances, adhering to customer service standards and ensuring appropriate coverage
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling, including financial services
  • Investigate and consult on claims
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills to sell professionally and compliantly, delivering a consistently high-quality experience to customers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is desirable but not essential
  • Able to build strong relationships and nurture long-term connections
  • UK Driving License and access to a personal vehicle are essential
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, and enthusiastic
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong IT literacy, proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
