About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Mental Health Support Team in Schools as an Administrator. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring the provision of a professional, efficient, and confidential administration service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information to families, young people, staff, schools, and multi-agency professionals relating to appointments, patient care, and service pathways.
  • Maintain computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases required by the team.
  • Attend meetings and minute as required.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy office and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel is essential. Previous experience in a health setting is desirable.
