Physiotherapist - Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Specialist in Primary Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in a fast-paced primary care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal conditions, taking responsibility for a complex caseload and making referrals when necessary.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including independent prescribing and injection therapy, to optimize patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice, research, and audit programs to improve service delivery.
- Lead and manage service delivery, implementing effective clinical governance and ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate physiotherapy experience, with at least 3 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal assessment and treatment.
- Fully HCPC and CSP registered practicing Physiotherapist.
- Completion of some level 7 MSc learning, qualified injection therapist, and/or independent prescriber.
