Your Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver blended learning courses and programs to enhance leadership and management skills among middle and senior managers.">
  • Lead the design and delivery of training interventions to meet the needs of our organisation and ensure compliance with national standards.">
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify learning needs across the organisation and develop effective systems for recording learning activities and measuring performance.">
  • Evaluate training impact, adapt programs based on feedback, and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.">

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in a learning and development management role.">

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including £200 worth of John Lewis Vouchers for successful referrals.
