About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Business Partner to join our client's award-winning supply chain business. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous development and execution of Health, Safety, and Environmental practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HSE advice and guidance to enable sites to comply with relevant statutory legislation.
  • Drive business standardization and assist with the adherence to HSMS and other relevant HSE policies.
  • Liaise with enforcing authorities to ensure the company is properly represented.
  • Monitor the accuracy and quality of information in Logics and ensure adequate trend analysis is produced and used by site.
  • Undertake relevant HSE and BCM audits and create action plans in line with corporate requirements.
  • Keep abreast of Health & Safety legislation and ensure site management teams are updated on relevant changes.
  • Provide training and guidance to ensure risk assessments and safe systems of work are developed and maintained.
  • Ensure accident investigations are completed in a timely manner and actions are implemented to prevent reoccurrence.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar HSE Business Partner or Senior Management role.
  • Previous H&S responsibilities with a target focus and ability to deliver standardized programs.
  • NEBOSH National General Certificate (Essential).
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Able to work collaboratively with site stakeholders, customers, and managers at all levels.
