About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Onebright. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive complaints case management and administrative support to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the Group Compliance Manager with DSAR and Data Events, incident and breach management.
  • Respond to detailed and regular reporting to support all stakeholders involved.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an FCA regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of multi-system use managing different technology platforms and packages.
  • Exceptional administration and customer service skills.
