Compliance and Customer Service Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Onebright. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive complaints case management and administrative support to our clients and stakeholders.
- Support the Group Compliance Manager with DSAR and Data Events, incident and breach management.
- Respond to detailed and regular reporting to support all stakeholders involved.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an FCA regulated environment.
- Knowledge of multi-system use managing different technology platforms and packages.
- Exceptional administration and customer service skills.
