About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in General Adult Psychiatry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and treatment in General Adult Psychiatry
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Develop and implement evidence-based care pathways and protocols
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- Eligible for inclusion on the specialist register
- Experience in General Adult Psychiatry at ST 4-6 level or equivalent senior level
- Knowledge of current guidelines for the assessment and treatment of mental disorder
