Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the TLR Enhanced Physics Teaching Role at our 'Good' graded secondary school. As a member of our Physics team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging Physics lessons to KS4 & KS5 students
  • Assisting the Head of Physics in curriculum development and implementation
  • Participating in whole-school initiatives to enhance student progress and wellbeing
  • Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:

  • UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Strong academic record, including a degree, A Levels, and GCSEs
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (Inner London + TLR options)
