We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Stable. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional IT support to our UK offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the IT Service Desk, handling walk-ups, incoming calls, support tickets, and requests.
  • Provide technical support to all offices, with a focus on on-the-ground support for our South Wales office.
  • Resolve end-user requirements, including hardware and software support requests.
  • Manage the Starters/Leavers/Movers process, including account creations.
  • Manage IT services, contracts, subscriptions, and licensing.
  • Perform general administration and support of on-prem Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
  • Assist with transformational projects using Microsoft Azure and M365 platforms.
  • Contribute to Continual Service Improvement, Service Reporting, and Service Measurement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience working in a Microsoft support environment.
  • Windows Server (Active Directory, ADUC, Sites and Services, GPO, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, DFS, SAN) knowledge.
  • Troubleshooting client-side issues, Windows 10, networking, and mailflow experience.
  • Hands-on experience with M365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Intune.
  • Experience supporting SharePoint online environments, including document libraries.
  • General experience supporting security tooling (EDR, SIEM, IDS, IPS, Email Security).
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Firewalls, routing, and VPNs.
  • Exposure to Information Security frameworks.
