Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Education Assistant to join our team at EdEx, supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs in a secondary school setting. As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in facilitating student success and providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver targeted interventions to support students with SEND and SEMH needs
• Collaborate with teachers to develop personalized learning plans
• Provide one-to-one support to students, focusing on building confidence and independence
• Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
