
SEN Teaching Assistant Position in London

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a Good Ofsted-rated School in the London Borough of Islington.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health and be able to provide emotional support and engage with students to foster a positive learning environment. They will assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans and enhance teaching strategies.
About the Role:
- Support students with various SEN needs, including sensory, speech, and language support, as well as challenging behaviour support
- Work across key stages 1 and 2, providing full-time support starting immediately
- Estimated salary: £90-110 per annum, competitive for the London area
- Location: London Borough of Islington, easily accessible by public transport
Requirements:
- Recent graduates or experienced teaching assistants with a passion for mental health and SEN
