Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Are you a skilled technician with experience in retail refrigeration? We have an exciting opportunity for an Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Arcus FM Limited.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to carry out planned Refrigeration M&E works, including PPM tasks on Retail Refrigeration Equipment. As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, repaired, and replaced as needed.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of commercial refrigeration system technologies. You will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work unsupervised in a pressurized environment dealing with store teams and members of the public.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned Refrigeration M&E works, including PPM tasks on Retail Refrigeration Equipment
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, repaired, and replaced as needed
  • Work unsupervised in a pressurized environment dealing with store teams and members of the public
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with store teams and other stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary of £36,920 - £41,600 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional earnings available through enhanced overtime rates. Our cycle to work scheme, health cash plan, and up to 10% off B&Q/ Trade Point make us an attractive employer.
