About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Compressor Maintenance Specialist to provide electrical and mechanical repair, service, and maintenance on compressed air equipment at customer sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' compressed air systems, covering the South East region.

What You'll Do

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on compressed air equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues with compressed air systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to the ongoing development of our services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with experience in compressed air system maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:
