We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner to join our highly motivated Trauma and Orthopaedic team at Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital Cramlington. Job Summary

The successful post holder will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care under the direction of the senior nurse or SODP. They will also assist in the provision of nursing care, maintain high clinical standards, and exercise accountability as set out in the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

Key Requirements
  • Evidence of ongoing practice development
  • Registered Mentor qualification or equivalent (essential requirement)
  • Thorough understanding of contemporary nursing issues
  • Recognised post-graduate theatre qualification
  • Recognised teaching qualification

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
