The Churchill War Rooms, located beneath the Treasury on Whitehall, is a historic site that attracts over 500,000 visitors annually. As a member of the Retail and Admissions team, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, providing detailed information, and consistently delivering high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Retail and Admissions Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day operation of the site
  • Lead by example in achieving sales targets and customer service standards
  • Ensure all retail and admissions assistants deliver exceptional customer service and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience

Admissions and Retail Functions:

  • Visitor welcome and ticketing
  • Guidebook sales and audioguide rentals
