Facilities Management Coordinator

As a Facilities Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our facilities management services, including front-desk duties and client communication. You will work closely with our teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and provide exceptional support to our clients. Requirements: We are looking for a highly organised individual with experience in reception or customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and a smart and well-presented appearance. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities Include:
• Coordinating front-desk duties, including managing client queries and directing visitors
• Providing administrative support to our facilities management teams
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure effective service delivery
• Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional results
