The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Raising Goods In ASN Notes**: Generate and process Advance Shipping Notifications (ASN) for incoming goods, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- **Checking and Signing Off Inbound Deliveries**: Inspect inbound deliveries for accuracy and completeness, verifying quantities and quality of goods received. Sign off on deliveries and update inventory records accordingly.
- **Coordinating Goods In Processes**: Coordinate all aspects of goods in, including scheduling, receiving, and storing incoming shipments in accordance with company procedures.
- **Ensuring Efficient Timings**: Optimize warehouse operations by coordinating goods in activities to ensure efficient timing and minimize delays.
- **Maintaining Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of inbound shipments, including packing slips, purchase orders, and delivery receipts.
- **Collaborating with Cross-functional Teams**: Liaise with various departments, including purchasing, inventory control, and transportation, to coordinate inbound logistics activities effectively.
- **Assisting with Inventory Management**: Support inventory management efforts by accurately recording received inventory and updating inventory systems.
- **Adhering to Safety and Compliance Standards**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse procedures at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in warehouse administration or a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and warehouse management systems.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management practices is a plus.

Working hours are Monday to Friday

8.30am to 5pm

Pay: £11.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
