We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Driver and contribute to our success in the highly competitive world of Formula 1.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the team's technical capabilities and requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and optimize vehicle performance.
- Work closely with the pit crew to ensure seamless pit stops and optimal strategy execution.
- Participate in testing and development programs to improve vehicle performance and driver skills.
- Proven experience in Formula 1 or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
