Commercial Branch Director

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Branch Manager at Rubix. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the success of our company.
Your main responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement, and ensuring consistent delivery of agreed levels of customer service. You will work closely with site teams to plan and manage stock in line with customer-specific requirements and collaborate with engineering managers, procurement managers, and facilities managers to ensure our customers have access to the necessary parts, spares, and tooling.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute individual with experience in manufacturing or engineering environments. Ideally, you will have knowledge of our products and services, but this is not essential. What is important is that you can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, juggle competing priorities, and identify opportunities for spend consolidation and cost savings. The estimated salary for this role is around £62,000-£72,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
