Crisis House Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Crisis House Support Specialist. This role involves providing emotional support to individuals who are struggling with mental health issues.
Job Requirements- Working knowledge of Mental Health legislation
- Understanding of mental health services, including prevention, early intervention, and crisis management
- Experience in a busy support environment
- Accurate record-keeping
- Good communication skills
- Microsoft IT applications
- Reliability and punctuality
- Confidentiality
- Initiative and flexibility
A Level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care is preferred, but we consider experience and full training. We provide comprehensive training to ensure that our staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
