About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled App Developer to join our team at Innserve Ltd. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and modernising our in-house field service application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the application using Java, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and MVVM architecture.
  • Collaborate with the development team to build and optimize the application for robustness, scalability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues, develop new features, and refactor code to maintain the application's high quality.
  • Monitor performance, analyse user feedback, and integrate new technologies to enhance functionality and usability.
  • Implement best practices and optimize code to keep our app at the cutting edge.

Requirements

  • Degree level education (or equivalent) ideally.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin programming language.
  • Proficiency in Java programming language.
  • Strong understanding of Android app development principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Jetpack Compose for UI development.

What We Offer

  • A salary from £33,000-£35,000 per annum, negotiable on experience, with bonus/incentive scheme.
  • 23 days annual leave per year plus 8 bank holidays.
