Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Communications Manager to join our team at Double Eleven. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that enhances our brand and reputation in the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic communications plan that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all external communications, including press releases, media relations, social media, and content marketing.
  • Lead internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement among all employees across the UK and Kuala Lumpur.
  • Develop and manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and company-wide communications events.
  • Develop and lead our company's CSR strategy, ensuring alignment with our values and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR initiatives into business operations.
  • Communicate our CSR activities and achievements both internally and externally.
  • Step in to perform communications tasks directly when there are gaps in the team or during high-demand periods.
  • Provide hands-on support for critical projects and initiatives, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
  • Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry or similar creative industry and its unique communication challenges.
  • Demonstrated experience in CSR strategy development and implementation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in communication tools and platforms.
  • A master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
