About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Safer Hand Solutions. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will play a vital role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers through various sources, including online research and referrals.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage with new business and potential clients, and to qualify leads for the senior sales team.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders, and to negotiate and close deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient and effective sales processes, and to provide support and insights to design and execute targeted campaigns.
- Track and optimize sales activity, accurately and timely updating records of all lead generation activities and client interactions on the CRM system.
- Support the wider sales process, assisting in preparing persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
Requirements:
- Highly driven and motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
