Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Crewe. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the trade sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with potential customers to promote our waste management services
- Fuel business growth by signing up new clients in your designated area
- Manage and attend your own appointments to meet with clients and prospects
- Champion and sell our products to both existing and new businesses in your patch
- Forge strong, long-lasting relationships with new clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the waste management industry
- Proven success in door knocking and cold calling to secure new business
- Quick and effective problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills to manage your time and territory effectively
- A talent for negotiating and connecting with people to build strong relationships
