We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team at Kingsforestschool, supporting the development of children with Speech, Language, and Communication needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with pupils, staff, and parents to deliver targeted interventions and promote social interaction, communication, and emotional regulation skills.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly around social interaction and communication difficulties. They will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be patient, flexible, and proactive, with the ability to use their initiative to plan and deliver targeted activities. A strong team player, they will be committed to providing the best opportunities for pupils and eager to develop professionally.
