Support Worker for Children with ASD and SEMH

We are recruiting for a Support Worker for Children with ASD and SEMH to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with additional needs.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide one-to-one support to students with ASD and SEMH in a mainstream or special school setting
* Assist with lesson planning and preparation to ensure that students receive tailored support
* Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and participation
* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to share best practice and improve student outcomes
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement
Requirements:
* Experience working with children and young adults with additional needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
This is a full-time position based in Bristol, with a competitive salary of £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be able to start as soon as possible and commit to a minimum of 12 months.
