Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 NVQ Teaching Assistant qualification and experience working with young people. They will also have a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning in Primary education, as well as the ability to assess student needs and record progress accurately. Additionally, they will be able to manage groups of children and cope with challenging behaviour, possess good communication skills, and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
