Human Resources Manager

Adjacency Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering a longstanding client in the Education sector to recruit a Senior Human Resources Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in developing and delivering a class-leading Human Resources service, covering all aspects of HR, including organization change management, employee relations, recruitment processes, and HR policies and procedures.
- Build effective working relationships with people across the business, providing advice and guidance on HR policies and HR-related issues throughout the employee life cycle.
- Prepare documentation for restructures, including advice on job descriptions, TUPE, and recruitment activities.
- Research and recommend new initiatives and provide administrative support to deliver these, such as wellbeing and training.
- Support the recruitment of new employees, covering all aspects from authorization, advertising, working with agencies, job offers, and onboarding.
- Deliver successful end-to-end management of employee relations caseload, advising on cases at all levels of complexity.
- Update the staff database and TUPE list, ensuring correct employee details are inputted for monthly reports and audit purposes.
- Proactively ensure quality procedures and guidelines are followed to ensure quality objectives are met.
