Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, and organizational change management.
* Develop and deliver HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Lead on organization change management initiatives, including restructuring, TUPE, and recruitment activities.
* Support the recruitment of new employees, including authorizing, advertising, and onboarding.
* Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations cases, including delivering successful end-to-end management of employee relations caseload.
* Update the staff database and TUPE list, ensuring accurate employee details for monthly reports and audit purposes.
* Support managers with occupational health referral processes and associated welfare meetings.
* Process paperwork for new starters, leavers, sickness, salary changes, and other HR-related activities.

Requirements:

* Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification
* At least 5 years of HR experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including employee relations, recruitment, and organizational change management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
