We are seeking an experienced Existing Business Development Underwriter to join our team at Salus Insurance. As a key member of our Underwriting team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers in the Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide brokers with timely renewal invitations for various products, including RPO, CPO, Retail, and Commercial Combined.
- Work closely with the Underwriting team to ensure all work is completed within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Action Mid Term Adjustments and Cancellations for brokers and clients.
- Act as a referral point for Underwriting Assistants for larger cases.
To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record in underwriting Property and Casualty risks. You should be self-motivated, friendly, professional, and possess excellent relationship-building skills.
This is a remotely based role with occasional travel to our London office as required. We are flexible on location within the Midlands and offer a dynamic work environment.
