We are seeking a skilled Payroll Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the processing of weekly payroll for employees.

You will have experience using Sage Payroll and possess strong administrative skills. Your duties will include:

  • Completing payroll administration for new starters and leavers;
  • Collating data for and processing weekly payroll (including bonus / overtime, holidays, pensions, sickness and absences);
  • Dealing with specific and general payroll queries from staff;
  • Checking and updating tax codes;
  • Processing and completing holiday requests;
  • Ensuring that payroll is processed accurately and on time;
  • Supporting external and internal payroll audits.

This role offers a competitive salary of £32,500 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
