Clinical Deputy Manager Position

Leaders in Care, a reputable family-run provider, is looking for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to work in one of its outstanding nursing homes.

The role involves managing the nursing department, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and providing inspiring leadership to colleagues.

  1. Lead the induction and supervision of staff, as well as mentoring and assessing student nurses.
  2. Develop and maintain knowledge of CQC standards and NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
Requirements for Success
  • A current RGN or RMN with relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and their application in practice.
  • Proven track record in supervisory roles within nursing homes.
Compensation Package
  • A competitive hourly rate of £23.50 (equivalent to approximately £57k per annum).
  • NMC registration fee reimbursement.
